About Me
I’m always never very good at writing these about me things. I forget to change my age or someone else’s. I have a couple of previous memes that I use to give some sort of hint of who I am, though most likely those need to be updated as well -l- Over the years I’ve tried to make my blog themed instead of just a daily peek in my life, especially these days as I spend most of my days chasing after my son who was born in September of 2006. When I’m not being a parent, I’m a photographer , a wife, housekeeper, oh the list goes on. It could be interesting, but I have found I don’t have the creative writing streak anymore (which in itself is a whole other story.. I used to write A LOT).
As far as interests go, my list of favourite movies, songs, bands, colours what have you are always too long to put down. I can’t say that they change much, but more do get added to the list on a daily basis. I love to watch movies, I miss having cable television; I know there are shows I’d love to see. I know musically I’m in a rut, I tend to stick to the genre or artists I know best so I’m always looking for suggestions. The same goes for books. I read very quickly and tend to favour the historical fiction/fantasy/parenting books sections of the bookstore. My mom visits every few months, usually bearing a bag full of cheap romance novels. I’ll polish those off just for something to read in under an hour. I’m also quite into photography, history and cooking. My kitchen however is always a disaster so it never lends to me being creative with recipes.
