I took the sample citizenship test offered by a British Columbia library this afternoon. I only got 1 wrong and it was a quick memory fix to ensure that I had the correct answer, I was only off by one word -lol-
I’m feeling pretty good about Wednesday :)
my test is in a few days. i’ve been lacking in the studying department. i plan to cuddle up with my flash cards and book this afternoon for a few hours.
I need to clean house too, I have a bunch of photos from yesterday to work on, I have 365’s to post too. Meh.
Went out to the Mill of Kintail today. It was a pleasant little place and a spot I wouldn’t mind going back to during the seasons. It was quite cold and snowy, which presented some water spot problems on the lens but over all I got some lovely shots that I can be proud of. I actually found myself wanting to stay and work on a shot versus going in, hammering the shutter and moving on.. which is what I usually feel my outings are like.
On my way back into the driveway this afternoon, I noticed a bit of activity in the snowbank. We have a little mousey friend living in the shed and well, i caught him outside and he bolted under the fence when I pulled the car in. Rolled down the window and turned the car off. Got the zoom lens ready and just waited for him to peek his little mousey face back out from under the fence. My patience rewarded me with some cute little mouse photos.

i went to a “sex show” with a couple of girlfriends tonight and they had a giant vagina ( you know like those cutouts you stick your head through at circuses and such?).. well.. photographic evidence coming soon.
had a baby shower, did some shopping came home had dinner and now i’m ready to pass out.
i got kidlet some amazing deals at the disney store for Toy Story and Cars themed clothing for the fall. i also picked up Wembley and Gobo fraggle. he is over the MOON in love with these things as Fraggle Rock is his be all end all favourite thing ever, which is a lot because this kid.. he really loves cheese.

been doing not much other than making flash cards and reading my study guide. little dude took a great nap today and was in bed by a much more reasonable hour than usual. thank god,.

not sure, but yeah.. eats, drinks and photos with the grand folks of the Ottawa flickr group. These guys and gals are pretty grand. I had a really wonderful evening with a great bunch of photographers!
not as much as I should… Finding out who these people are.. is like the whole needle in a haystack too. I think I have 10 websites open and that was only to find out my electoral district, my MP and the opposition parties and leaders. Something concise would be great!
