I’ve been itching.. to do a layout that had something to do with Michigan for a while. Apple blossoms are just about as Michigan as one can get in the Spring. The tunes and friendship of my late teens tie me to home with memories stronger than steel.

The arbor is sorta sanded

The first section is half sanded. We have to flip it tomorrow and I can attack the underside of it. Then I have the other section to finish top & bottom. Once the bits that can be done with the sander are taken care of, we get to take the sanding block to it and finish up the other bits that couldn’t be done with the oribital. I have to do a bit of planning and measuring tomorrow in the garden as well for the edging along the veggie garden, as well as the front garden. I’m really thinking of taking the bushes out that are still “mysteries” at the end of the season. I need to plan though, so I can buy the appropriate bulbs etc, to plant for next season.

Both ready to go

K already getting a start on one section
