So.. not only are we packing to move
but we have to sorta clean the place up enough to let it be shown. Our landlord called today and asked us if we would like 24 hours notice before the unit being shown. It’s kinda like um, yeah.. that’d be nice. I guess he’s decided he is selling the place. Makes sense, he has about 11 units or so in this building and he’s just not very well liked. The upkeep I think on these units is also a bit much as they are not the greatest investment ever. It’d cost a small mint to reno our place, and I don’t think he’s willing to do that. It wouldn’t even buy us paint in the summer, so that we could paint the place ourself. SO it looks like sometime next week we’ll be invaded by a real estate agent. yay.
So I headed out to Staples for some of that giant cling wrap, Wal-Mart for some more storage tubs and cleaning supplies.. Picked up some Subway on the way home for dinner. I’m stuffed and waiting to feel like I’m not going to puke to get back into cleaning the place up.
