I’ve been commanded to post.
so post I shall. No promises though.
What have I been up to lately? Not a whole lot, but enough to keep me busy and out of trouble I suppose.
Sunday and Monday, were two emotional rollercoaster days for me as well as bad days for beloved pets. Sunday morning brought Bev to me with the crushing news about her Fraser. Monday brought the news my mom was coming home from the hospital and induced panic with that. Then Sandi messeged me, her big squishyfaced puppy Carly had been hit by a car the night before. Needless to say I’ve been a blubbering mess the past few days.
I’ve been killing a lot of time with Cafepress. I’ve made about 40 new products and put them up for sale. I’m still working on some projects, such as coasters, tile boxes and calendars. There will also be some wallclocks, coffee mugs, and possibly some apparel. Christmas is just around the corner you know.
Monday night Dutchess finished Dog School. She did very well in the class over all. We’ve seen amazing improvement with her since she showed up in June. She’s on her way to becoming a well behaved little lady. The beginner class starts again in January according to Marg, I may take her again, for getting used to performing and behaving with other dogs around her. But for now we practice at home. Last night she was in the yard, I told her come she came straight to me and sat perfectly in front of my feet. Was a bit exhilirating. The extreme cold might have had something to do with it, but for now, I’ll say it was Dutch being a very good dog.
I went out to Michael’s for a few more boxes of ornaments for our tree. I anticipated a 6-7 foot tree and well, we picked up an 8 footer. This meant at least 2 more boxes of shiney goodness for the tree. I also got a bit of garland for the railing. I am also stopped at the library to get a card and rent a book. I picked up Harry Potter and the Half BLood Prince. I found out the other day the paperback isn’t coming out till July of next year. I cannot wait another 10 months. So I picked it up. I have a week read on it (Express Read), and well the book is 607 pages long, I’m already nearing page 500. I started reading it around 8pm yesterday evening. Heh.

Oh… that just breaks my heart… I’m sorry you’ve had such bad news so many days in a row. And hope you’re feeling better.
