so i went to the dr. today for my test results and i’m healthy. no sugar issues, cholesterol is low, i’m not lactose intolerant… so we’ve decided to do a poo test. OMG let me tell you that is not cool. at. all. but that was done and taken back to the lab. i’ll call in 2 weeks to see if they have the results back etc, make an appt. see if anything squirms!-twitches- in the meantime i am on dicetel for IBS. I have a month’s worth of sample pills to see how that does with me. I’m just tired of eating and then having to poo within 10 minutes. I’m not really down with that.
dutchess also had her first day of dog school on monday. she was a little superstar! she was the best dog in the class that night as the rest of them were barking fools, struggling to go visit with other dogs. M&B had Viking and Kali there. Viking was the “Example Good Dog” while Kali was there for the advanced class afterwards. We practiced “sit”, “stand” and “down”. Dutch was pretty good for all of them except down as she’s pretty particular about having her feet touched. So we get to practice foot touching this week as well. After both classes we visited with Viking and Kali. Dutch has always been leary of Kali due to her energy level etc, but Kali and her were licking noses and making “mini friends” ovetures. I think they’ll be ok in the future. She even wanted to play with Viking. She was jumping about wanting to have a rough up with him and licking faces. It’s amusing as Dutch weighs about 45 pounds and Viking i think weighs in around 115 or so.
I took some pics of Dutch in her new collar (not her training collar, still have to do that one) and her new leash. We were practicing “stay” as that is next week’s exercise. I was about 8 good steps back from her in this photo :) I was so proud of my little muffin butt.

Dutch is just SOOO pretty. -wants-
