What do you call it?
There seems to be some great debate about jello on Bev’s site. SO! Question time. What do you call the following form of jello?

1)Finger Jello
2)Knox Blocks
3)Jello Jigglers
Please state in the comments, what you call it and where you are from/grew up. I grew up in Michigan and have always known it as Finger Jello.

jelly cubes!!!
being of british stock, we call that stuff jelly
oh and before the powder stuff came along, you made jelly desserts by dissolving concentrated cubes of jelly that looked just like that
to us, jam is what americans call jelly
no jello at all
isn’t jello the manufacturer’s name that has now come to describe an actual product…like kleenex and scotch tape?

Numbers 1 and 2 are the same thing as the contain gelatin… More specifically, Knox brand gelatin.
Jell-O Jigglers does not contain gelatin.

you didn’t answer the question jay.
it has nothing to do with what has gelatin or not. it is what you call them.

I always called it Jello. Unless there’s alcohol in them, then any form is a Jello shot!
Maybe it’s just the Kansas way.
