Dreaming.In.Reality

and this time just not for bevie. I figure start it now, and keep the momentum going, and we MAY just have stuff ready for our house warming party.

I’ve been looking for something besides kevin’s bbq sauce, to put in this funny triangle bit we have on the kitchen counter behind the sink. Right now it has a bowl of tomatoes, however I’d like something a bit fancier. So i’ve been looking. Nothing really strikes my fancy. However I had these grand plans once upon a time for an Asian themed room. I do believe with a tiny bit of work I can make my living room become that. Being that it’s maroon, goldish yellow and wood colouring. -rubs paws- But that’s a bit ways off. The sink! Back to the sink. I can’t find anything that would go in there. I hate just about everything I’ve seen. However tonight, I came across a silver bowl thingie that we got for a wedding present from my cousin Liz. We never used it at the apartment because it was too fancy, and our kitchen is black appliances and things with silver accents.. so this just might work. I just have to figure out something to put in it, and no it won’t be plastic fruit!

I’ve just about got the 2^nd and 3^rd bedrooms sorted out. I have put things away in the closets, cleaned out the shoe bin so that everything was in one instead of 2. Took out shoes that I want to put in my closet for easy wear access. I found a bunch of photo frames and albums that I can use to put photos in. I have a ton of photographs to scan that I bummed off my mom. Just about all the family photographs my dad had collected into a folder. I know she’s got tons more. She is sending me a bunch more with my sweater I bought. I should get those sometime this week. Once I have them I’m gonna start scanning and archiving them. I’m gonna put them in a book and then send it/take it back to her. Her photos are a mess. Maybe I’ll just send the pics back and we can put them all together with the ones I left behind sometime next year.

Anyhooos… back to sorting and cleaning. I have still have the

•two rooms to finish
• the den to sort
• downstairs bath
• shove things around in the workroom/sweep
• vacuum the halls
• finish cleaning up the kitchen
• hem curtains
• dust/vacuum master bedroom (k is sleeping so i can’t get in there right now)
