Some photos of things around me..
my out of control basil.. these were just wee plants when bev was here. there are 4 kinds: sweet, lemon, thai and lime.
one of kevin’s coworkers sent us a package of kevin’s favourite bbq sauce that isn’t available here in canada. cannot wait to try it on the grill!
my giant hosta in my backyard. this thing is huge!
all my veggies and flowers that need planting. tomorrow means a few more bags of dirt so i can do that.
the arbor was primed this weekend by juli and i! painting commences tomorrow.
the evil roses won. i will let them enjoy their one season victory.
the garden wall! i still need more dirt. i emptied about 10 bags in there, it needs about 10 more.
juli’s bed. i am thinking of maybe getting this for the guest room too. just need to figure out how to stain it dark enough. it’s unfinished pine.

I have the basil of doom too! At least we think its’ basil… we’re not game to cook with it..

We love Famous Dave’s. It’s what inspired me to learn to smoke a brisket. Heh. Damn…we all need to have a ginormous party. *sigh* The commute sucks!
