Yay Presents!
I got a bunch of jeans and clothes from my parents which well, they’re in the laundry so no photos of them. They’re nice, take my word for it. You’ve all seen the saddle already, if you haven’t, go check out Flame’s blog. We got movie gift certificates from Doug and Ruby in our card. And now for the pictures of the Christmas Haul. Scott & Michelle got us silicone bakeware, from Karen & Bryan we got candles and a relaxing eyemask doodad and Flame got horsecookies from Mom & Jim from Mom and Jim we got several things, including a shovel and a Self Propelled Crass Mobilator (pictures of this to follow in February), we got port, chardonay, and peach wine from Doug & Ruby, Mom and Jim, and Dad & Marg. Dad & Marg also got us a sushi set, so if you know of any good veggie sushi ideas you let me know.
Kevin got me lots of candy, this really adorable Chococat hat and glove set, some nice new supercozy pjs with kitties on them, a box o’undies from La Vie en Rose; he says there is more.. so hopefully I will have New Years Day presents as well :) BUT! there is one final gift he got me yesterday. Some of you may know, we have a lot of devices in our entertainment centre. Of course, with having many of such items (including a media computer), a person can aquire many remotes to control said devices including a keyboard for said media computer. When something new is added, or changed around, things get reprogrammed, switched around, plugged into new bits.. which leads to relearning what button controls what, where’s the sound (I’ve actually had to call Kevin while he was away on a biz trip to figure out how to make the sound go).. BUT NO MORE! BEHOLD! The One Remote to Rule Them All!!!!!!!. With this fantastic little remote, everything is now turn onable with the touch of one button. I want to watch a DVD, I push the little movie icon, and poof, DVD player, TV and Amplifier turn on all at once. It even starts the movie for me. This makes my wee heart so very happy, because now I can watch things on my own with ease if I so desire!

woohoo.. Go you!
Thank you very muchly for the gifts. I loved them all. Though I am confused about the straws. Perhaps since I work with old people you think I eat food through a straw, too?
Oh… And this is very soft and wintry.

-lol- the straws are for when you get take out and they forget to give you a straw. that idea came.. from about 4 trips to mcdonalds and they never gave you straws.. and you complained about how you had no way to drink your drink. i am glad you enjoyed your gifts :)

Loverly design… although I think there is dandruff. I keep seeing flakes fall.

I love your new design - makes me crave flannel jammies and hot chocolate. One question tho - where would one go about getting the remote to rule all remotes? I can hardly wipe the drool I’m so jealous.
