I got all registered yesterday for my LINC classes. I will be attending “French School” Monday through Friday, 9am-11:30am.. from September 7th through December 10th. I’m rather excited about it, but rather nervous as well. It’s been 10 years since learning any sort of foreign language, and well.. the older you are, the less easy to learn it is.. Or so I’ve been told by “older” people on learning new tricks.. What was that saying about the dog? -laughs-
I want to pick up a learn French at home cd.. So I can start practicing now. I’m sure once the class starts I’ll have a list of dictionaries, supplement texts or something they’ll suggest to me. I just hope the lady that helped me yesterday isn’t my teacher.. she was rather confused herself.. and quite unsure what to make of me because I could read the application for registration that was all in French*L*

Je suis consciente, je vois bien que tu souffres, mais çà s’attenuera. Car c’est d’un homme plus d’un chien don’t j’ai besoin pres de moi. Cesse donc de grogner, mon choix est fait c’est comme çà. N’en fait pas trop, ton attitude risque de t’éloigner de moi.
Faut que tu comprennes, puisque tu dis m’aimer tant que çà. Desormais nous sommes trois, lui toi et moi.

hey my friend rea just moved from sask to ontario and is having the whole bilingual prob too…so if u have a girl named rea in your class….like go and say hi *L* she taking some french classes to, hopefully to nab a job as well. good luck babe! or should i say bonne chance (i took OAC french so i guess i am considered bilingual…fat lot of good it does me down here tho…)
