phototime tuesday and theme thursday are up.. i’m going to be doing my windsor photos soon too.. there isn’t a whole lot of those.. i didn’t carry my camera around when we were out and about on saturday and sunday.. the only photos i took were monday morning of the riverside drive parks and of the detroit skyline.

i spent some time of yesterday updating my sidebar and the sort. got rid of webrings that were no longer active, bringing click throughs or i just plain didn’t want to belong to anymore. the banners section got some oomph with a handy pop up window that lets you click daily for donations, the blog roll section is now just my daily reads, i have a section to let you know what i am listening to and/or reading. the wishlist page is being updated-wink- to reflect the upcoming holiday. i am almost finished building my “wintertime” layout.. i’m so in love with my header graphic it’s not funny.
Detroit skyline from the Windsor side of the Detroit River. In the recent and most definately upcoming months, I have been unable to travel back to the States because of my immigration process. This past weekend, I went down to Windsor.. so that my parents and a few friends could visit with me. I really miss being able to go home when I want to. Seeing the skyline of Detroit after a long train ride, always makes me excited to be seeing the things I no longer see on a daily basis.

I’m off to Windsor for the weekend.. Going to visit with the folks, and a few friends that can make it over :) It will be good to see them..
