Friday Five
1. Do you remember your first best friend? Who was it? Yes I do. Her name was Jamie Bandrow.. she lived down the street from me, when my parents lived in the Lake St.Claire area of Michigan. She was a year older than me, but we were inseperable.. Even after my parents moved to my current “hometown”, she would come out every summer to visit and stay for 2 weeks over my birthday. She was sick one year.. when I was 11 i think.. and couldn’t come to visit.. and then after that.. we just were beginning to grow apart.. changing schools.. hitting the teen years.. Her mom gave us her new address when she moved out, etc.. we wrote a few letters a few years back.. But I haven’t heard from her since December of 1998.. I’d like to see her again, have a few drinks and catch up.. We always had shared dreams.. I’d like to know how many of them we still share and did on our own.

4. How did you become friends with this person? Different ways.. one was in highschool, she used to ride at the same stable as I did and sit at the same lunch table in school as I did.. and we never really made the connection till a conversation was over heard about the stable, and we were like Hey… I know you.. One of them, is my husband.. and the other I met on the ‘Net.
5. Is there a friend from your past that you wish you were still in contact with? Why? Aside from Jamie.. there is one person from high school that i was still in contact with.. I’ve tried various means of looking them up online etc.. but they have one of those cursed common names. So I guess I’ll just have to wait for my 10 year reunion or something.. and see what happens*L*
