I have created an article section for DIR. I tried doing this ages ago.. and setting up another blogger thing for it nearly drove me nuts, i don’t want to risk trying to put another pmachine blog on my database.. so i’m just doing it straight html.. Right now there is only one article up.. from Jon. He’s the one that started the article idea.. and he’s the only contributor.. So here’s an open rolecall.. Calling all readers who would like to contribute something. Essays, rants, editorials, whatever.. you want to express a piece of writing? Send it my way:)

I also cleaned up my supporting pages as far as the side bars.. I discovered I had more there than I wanted, I combined my wishlists into a smaller pop up page.. i hate clutter on my page.. and i’m finding there is just TOO much on my main page.. i need to find me a “dropdown” or expandable link script that can either work with text or a graphic title.

I’m also going to be finishing the update on my snapshots page*L* It’s come to my attention that I have severly out of date images there.. well.. if i don’t have a new one there.. and you want it changed.. you know what to do:) I’m also adding some images of IRL friends that have had their mug MIA for too long:)

Father’s Day

But one that sticks in my head the most.. is when I got my first blue ribbon in horse showing.. I thought my dad was gonna freak out, I was just kind of dazed as he did that arm around the shoulder shaking hug thing-lol-

Last night I finished the final gallery consisting of the past 2 years of photos for miaouphoto. It is showcasing in the Musician Gallery.. it’s of 4 Tuoze Matroze, who played at last years TulipFestival here in Ottawa. Now that this gallery is taken care of, I can start working on pictures from this spring and getting those going.

It’s also time to perhaps clean out some of the “larger” galleries, mark those available for print, all that fun stuff.. oi.

I spent most of the day(when i wasn’t at the health centre having my immigration exam done) sorting my blog entries into catagories. 290 entries later.. I am now done.. there are a few.. that I think should be elsewhere.. but at this point.. i really don’t care*L* it’s mostly sorted.. and i’ll keep it sorted too..

i am toying with the idea of doing private entries like bev has… with registered members etc.. but then i don’t want to seem like i am playing favourites or if someone isn’t registered.. to have them feel that i am talking about them or something. i guess the easiest way to avoid that.. is to just not have them.. but there are SOME things i’d like to write about.. without the world reading in it’s entirety.
