Stars on Ice people? The song is called The Creeper by James Cotton.. in case you were wondering.. or not.. and still blindly following what is printed in a program..

*L* When I was home visiting my family.. I took my mom to see Stars On Ice. Yes Google, quick index me under Stars On Ice.. because I want ALL of those ice skating fans out there to read this. The past few years, in taking my mom to see Stars On Ice, I’ve rather enjoyed it.. being away from home now, seeing Stars On Ice, with my mom is “our thing”. This year, I promised my mom after the Stars On Ice show.. that I would make her a CD of all the music used in the 2003 Stars On Ice show. It SHOULDN’T have been the adventure it has turned out to be…. I mean heck.. I HAD the program.. so.. I went off in search of all the music.. Some of it I already had.

So, one of the songs I was really keen on aquiring was Over Come that Alexei Yagudin skates to. One small problem.. Over Come by Enigma DOESN’T EXIST.. that’s right all you skating fans.. you’ve been led along by a false title.. that has been over used so much.. I’m surprised someone hasn’t been sued yet. The song that has been “titled” all over programs and the internet.. is NOT Over Come/Overcome by Enigma.. it’s a song called Ancient Lands and it’s by Ronan Hardiman. After being like what the hell? in searching for a few hours on it.. my husband took over and did some digging.. and found what it was. Alexei Yagudin is skating to a mislabeled song. Um, I think the only one we have.. is Earth Angel by the Penguins.. You know.. the old 50’s song.. it was our wedding song.. but K used to play it for me.. at this restaurant that was nearby.. it was old diner themed and had jukeboxes on the table. Other than that, I tend to be overly fond of forcing him to listen to Valentine and When you say nothing at all now and then*L* He can feel free to add in the comments if this is wrong*L* or he feels differently

2.What is the first thing you remember thinking about your schmooppee when you laid eyes on them .. face to face..?

“oh my..” quickly followed by a “oh shit, what do i say/do?” which involved a quick mental rundown of possible actions*L*

3.Do you and your schmoopee have that “Special Place” that has the bestest memories? And why?

I don’t think we have a special special place.. I mean.. we have some places that have some really good memories.. some of them embarrassing.. like our first dinner together..

4. How did you know your schmoopee was the one?

I felt completely content and happy with him, and I melt when I am around him.. It’s that whole kitty finding that perfect patch of sunlight on the floor feeling..

5. What little things does your schmoopee do that make you weak? (out of the proverbial gutter guys!) i mean lil traits n stuff..

A whole lot.. but he does have a few little things he does.. that I find adorable.. Like how he signs his emails:) and how he always anticipates when i need a hug or a schmooch.

6 What did you do to make today special for the schmoop??
