1. Super Bowl or World Series? Well, being that the World Series really ISN”T worldly, and that baseball has just gone so downhill.. I guess I would say Super Bowl.. Though if I could go in person, I’d say World Series.
2. Winter or summer?Summer.. I’m tired of this Artic Circle bullshit.
3. Look up numbers in the phone book, or call directory assistance?Look it up myself, if I cannot find, then I call DA.
4. Mashed potatoes or French fries? Definately mashed.
5. Hand-code your website, or use an editor (such as Front Page)?Both. The editor keeps things nice and colour coded pretty like so I can figure out where everything is*L*
6. Freeway or winding country road?Winding Country Road Please.
7. Star Wars or Star Trek?Trek :)
8. Disney or Warner Brothers cartoons? Actual cartoon shows? Warner.. The latest supply of daily cartoon episodes from Disney are annoying and pointless.
9. When it feels chilly in the house: crank up the heat or put on a sweater?Put on a sweater
10. CBS or PBS? PBS.. though I hate the 3 hours of telemarketing for every half hour of actual programming.

that plumber BETTER be here this morning.. or there will be some hell*L* I have found that my sleep cycle is deepest between the hours of 7-10am.. everything else is almost like dozing.. granted I should have better sleeping hours.. but still… BUT

Good thing I’m awake because Tori tickets go onsale today.. Going to see if I can pull something decent from the presale.. if not.. I say fook it.. cross my toes for something to be announced in way of another Detroit show by Saturday AM.. if not.. I’ll pull some tickets off the general public sale.. In which doing this plan.. I will buy tickets either today or Saturday.. and next Tuesday, she say OH yeah.. I’m gonna play Detroit at the Fox Theatre as well as Grand Rapids Devos Hall.. -grinds teeth- it’s at that point in time the lady better hope she’s chosen to have that second date within 5 days of the Devos Hall show. Now.. I am off to explore the seating chart.

The War Against Women
Running for the White House in the fall of 2000, George W. Bush did not talk about ending the right to abortion. To avoid scaring off moderate voters, he promoted a larger “reverence for life” agenda that also included adoption and tougher drunken driving laws. Voters were encouraged to believe that while Mr. Bush was anti-choice, he was not out to reverse Roe v. Wade.

Yet two years into the Bush presidency, it is apparent that reversing or otherwise eviscerating the Supreme Court’s momentous 1973 ruling that recognized a woman’s fundamental right to make her own childbearing decisions is indeed Mr. Bush’s mission. The lengthening string of anti-choice executive orders, regulations, legal briefs, legislative maneuvers and key appointments emanating from his administration suggests that undermining the reproductive freedom essential to women’s health, privacy and equality is a major preoccupation of his administration — second only, perhaps, to the war on terrorism.
