Dreaming.In.Reality

or morning rather…

about midnight.. i decided i was tired and had enough of being on the computer…. but thinking about all the fresh snow outside, and the fact that k & i just haven’t really gone out in a few days for a walk.. we decided we’d go hoof it around for a bit. well of course the first thing out of k’s mouth when we get out of the building and see how amazingly pretty everything was, he says “too bad we didn’t bring the camera down”. of course, me.. i’m like eh it’s in the apt, the battery isn’t fully charged.. and it’s 12:15 in the morning.. so we walked.. the more we walked, the more we saw, the more i wanted to get the camera.. by the time we made the full circuit i was determined to get something.. till the battery died.

so we got the camera, got set up.. k gave me a quick rundown again about nighttime photos and off we went. i had a lot of fun doing it.. and i’m glad k indulges me when i get these ideas. he really is a trooper to have gone out in the cold with me and tromp through quite a bit of snow. Thank you baby :) So the battery died.. k brought it back with some warming up, took another 15 shots and back to the apt we came. i had snowballs packed to the bottoms of my pants.. and the legs were soaked through up past my kneecaps.. my nose was running, we were slightly damp from the blowing snow… but having a peek at these photos just now. it was well worth it. i’ll let ya’ll know when they are up.
