		<description>I'm 100% in agreement with you! Our home was 'out in the country where nobody lives' to coin a phrase we read about our town. Since then... subdivisions everywhere... people who wanted to live out in the country just transplanted their former environment to more expensive houses... overcrowding that which they so admired.</description>
