It’s still incredibly smokey out there.. the clouds/sun colour is definately a bit creepy.. Every thing has the most peculiar yellow tone, and the sun reflects as just this straight, non-haloed yellow dot on everything. The fires are burning in Northern Quebec, on the news this early am they showed where the smoke was drifting..July 7 article, and it states.. Haze from the fires stretched from Michigan to Massachusetts..

Well hell, I wanted to put that WebRing code on my page, but good god.. it should be smaller.. it’s not very convienent at all. anyone out there successfully resized this thing? and still have it work?

So I started cleaning house again today, almost done with the living room.. need to sweep and vacuum.. I have this basket.. some of you may remember the basket that housed cards at the wedding? Same basket.. just full of random miscellanious JUNK now.. i have to sort that. guh.. but yes.. today’s forcast for ottawa, was a bit perplexing..Sunny with smoke. Wind northwest 30 km/h. High 26. Maximum UV index 7.0 or high. Smoke? wtf? we can only assume that it’s coming from quebec? even though we’re in the south east.. who knows.. but some where there are some forest fires, I checked the Canadian forest fire site, and there are a LOT of fires in the western part of Ontario that are rated high to extreme, there’s a few way north of ottawa.. but the whole city is covered in this light blanket of smoke..it’s almost like one of those hot, humid cloudy days when everything is hazed over from smog? cept it’s bright, clear, sunny and cool out.. and there’s smoke in the air.. it’s kinda creepy.

So Blogger was a rotten piece of poo last night due to server busting issues.. I’m sure there were a lot of us pissy bloggers out there >:( i was not happy.. blogging is supposed to be my cleaning house break thing.. and bah! it was broke all day.. but i did get most of my house clean.. i only have a few things left to do.. and all shall be good.. right now.. i’m having my ass stomped at scrabble by anny*L*

3. What was the first CD you ever purchased? Does that embarrass you now? Tori Amos: Little Earthquakes & Under the Pink.. got them at the same time:) And nope, no embarrassment.. they are both 2 of the very few CDs that I listen to anymore.

5. What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Vanilla.. with some sort of caramel.

WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee cleaning house.. fun stuffs.. last night went to the RCMP Sunset Ceremonies, borrowed K’s camera for it.. and wow.. what a difference.. my pics kick butt this time around*L* I got some REALLY nice “people” shots. I will have a few to share, then wonder how the heck i’m going to work them into my portfolio. But yeah.. I know I’ve been extremely lackluster in the posting lately, I’ve been feeling off-ish, and really just haven’t felt like posting.. been working on a new little page thing, and like all new toys, it’s taking all the attention.. it will even out soon.. I promise:P
